Shipping Methods
Currently, we ship orders within the U.S. only. We offer standard shipping (3-4 business days transit time once shipped) on all our orders.
Shipping Costs
Orders under $149: Rates calculated at checkout based on shipping address and total package weight.
Orders of $149 or more: Free standard shipping to any U.S. address.
Handling Time
All in-stock orders are processed and shipped within 48 hours (2 days) of being placed.
All made-to-order products are shipped within a week (7 days) after the lead time. Please consult the lead time for each product on the product page.
Shipping Timeframes
Orders typically arrive within 3-4 business days after processing and shipping.
Shipping Locations
We ship all orders from our Tampa, Florida location.
Some remote areas may have shipping restrictions or additional delivery times.
Tracking
Tracking information is provided for all orders. You'll receive a tracking number via email once your order ships.
Shipping Insurance
For your peace of mind, shipping insurance is included with every order, protecting against loss or damage during transit.
Signature Requirement
Standard shipping orders do not require a signature upon delivery.
